Good day,

If there is anyone in or near YHM tomorrow morning, there will be a Miami Air 737-800 charter departing at 0900.

Should be a nice catch. I hope they bring the XL aircraft.

Good day,

I was at YHM yesterday and saw a beautiful old 727-17 with winglets.
The reg was N727PN. It had Super 727 on all nacelles.
It belongs to Peter Nygard.
Sorry, no pictures as it was parked by the FBO right by the fence and the weather was not very nice at all. :x

There was also a CC-130 SAR bird at the museum that I could not get the serial numbers from. It departed around 1200.

I'm not sure either Paul.

I was wondering the same.
Could take a stab at it by saying the newer engines and winglets.
That would inprove performance 10 fold...

3 x 767's Air Canada
2 x Embraer 190 Air Canada

Hey guys,

I'm a little late in posting however better late than never. :D

A quick visit last week produced a couple of nice surprises.

There was a very nice DC-10F by the KFC Hanger.
REG was N811SL. According to YYZ News the aircraft has since been re registered to C-GKFA and is now with Kelowna Flight Craft.

There also was a SATA Airlines A310 enroute to OAK from the Azores on a fuel stop.

Tucked behind the Cargojet Hanger was a CF-18. I didn't get the S/N because is it parked in a very tight area to be repaired. It had a panel removed in between the tails and was hooked to a ton of power supplies.

I also had a chance to see Cargojet's new 757. Very nice.

Globespan was also there with a 757.

That's it for now...

"Speed increased by 50 mph (80 km/h), due to replacement of the two side engines with the JT8D-217, which are also found on many MD-80s, and addition of hush kits to the center engine. These aftermarket modifications were performed by companies independent of Boeing, such as Valsan and Dee Howard."

Amazing where google/wiki can get you!
