For anyone interested in the 737-500 from Dec 22nd
Would have been a nice catch!

It was the first Boeing 737 for Travira Air of Indonesia. Departed to Goose Bay, Canada on it's delivery flight.

2 Griffons just flew over my work here in the northwest part of the city. I didnt have my scanner with me so their Callsigns are unkown, but I have it on with me now hoping they return from their departure to the West.

Just curious; what make/model scanner are you using? I have an old Nextet, good for local, but no Mil freqs and no trunk tracking.

oh its just a Uniden handheld NASCAR scanner. I cant pick up Military, but they would of had to contact London tower as they were Transiting thru, if they didnt land at YXU first. by the way, no aditional info to add about the 2 Griffs. Bummer

What looked like a 727 or DC-9 just flew over my work heading west. Man it was loud! I loved it. i didnt have my scanner with me so i dont have any details, but it got my attention thats for sure.

also according to yyznews.com there was an AN-32 in town yesterday, thats a rare one!

Apparently I should leave town for the week more often. Then you guys would see more action.

That Kalitta 727 was here every day from Tuesday to Friday.

Would have loved to have seen the AN32!
Any pictures out there?

A Canadian Forces Challanger CC-144 arrived about 10:30.
The white color scheme. Very nice...I could not get the numbers.
Maybe when it taxi's out.
