It was indeed a fantastic show! To think that this show was going to be scrapped at the beginning of the year...Billy and Ritz made a lot of noise and the other performers put on a hell of a display! The LC-130 was an awesome addition and the crew was top notch in explaining their mission and the a/c
The Skyhawks pretty much ALWAYS use the CASA as their jump plane mainly due to the fact that we have only a handful (if not less) of serviceable Buffalo a/c available. I think they are based out of Comox anyhow, so a cross-country flight burning pricey gas isn't worth it.
