After seeing those photos, it reminded me of the golden years!

Awesome!! Man do those take me back, just hearing a name like 'Grissom' makes me long for the good old days. Love that 419 CF-5 paint; one of the guys on squadron here at 429(T) used to fly that bad boy. We actually have a few guys that have frequented the London Airshows of past, nothing but good things to say about the show and the city. I hope that one day we see the return of a high quality airshow as London used to be, especially for when I am finally winged. :D

That old static shot is amazing. London airport has changed alot! I always thought Alpha was an old runway, this pic confirms it!

On a hunch, I checked the Kalamazoo Air Zoo on that P-40...yup, it's theirs, and currently suspended from the ceiling there. I have a picture of a Bearcat at the LIAS which came from there as well.
