Since the snow is half way up the front door and the car is buried in a snow drift I thought I would take a trip back to the 2004 London Airshow. It was the first show I shot digitally using a D-70.

wow man, all of those images are fantastic. that was truely an awesome show and one I'll never forget. Its hard for me to say this, but it ended London's History of Shows well!

I sure had some great times at London over the years. My first show there was around 1978.

Those pictures are fantastic.

Thanks for the memories.
It was truly my favorite show that I have had the pleasure to put on for
sure.

The 4 X Harriers were supposed to arrive with the KC-10.
If you noticed on the 10, it had WARPs (Wing refueling pods).
I had to request that thru the McGuire guys. They came through with the aircraft and then on the Friday, the 2 groups never met up.

Lets hope for somethin new in 09... :wink:

More to come on that very soon....I'm sure your going to like it.
