My son and I headed up to the Toronto Aerospace Museum last Saturday to have a look around (basically needed a plane fix after a long off-season). While there wasn't much there, I did get to see the Avro Arrow reproduction, which is just incredible! Looks like the thing could fly! The CAF sent in a CF-18, CP-140A Arcturus, and a CH-146 Griffon. Highlight of the day was a flight we took in one of the Brampton Flying Schools Skylanes, where we flew over downtown Toronto, and around the CN Tower. This was my sons first flight in a GA aircraft, and he was absolutely thrilled with this. I think I may be putting someone through flight school in the future.

I'll try and upload some photos again. Didn't work last time, so hopefully better luck this time.

Look good Paul. Flying around Toronto has always something I've wanted to do. Pretty cool you saw an Arcturus, I thought they were extinct. the CF-105 sure does look air worthy

When I was inline to get in the CP-140 on the Sat as well I ended up gettin a convo going with a retired RCAF pilot who flew the Argus for a number of years as well as a number of years in harvards etc. Seriously if not the planes the next best thing to shows is talking planes with those guys. Got to walk through the plane with him and his son who had brought him out.
