A seven-passenger jet that was preparing for an emergency landing touched down safely Thursday morning at Windsor Airport.

Emergency crews converged on the airport after the plane's crew reported possible landing gear problems. It was circling above the airport, burning off fuel, in preparation for an emergency landing.

The Gulfstream jet, with seven passengers and two crew, landed safely land at about 10:50 a.m.
