 Post subject: Snowbird Pre site Visit

snowbird 10 will be at YQS on Feb 18 at around 1430 to do there pre site visit. they are in Windsor at 1100. so the time might flex a little.

They were stuck at Scott AFB and did not make it in due to the weather.
