I know it's a little out of our Region however Porter Airlines just announced daily Quebec City CYQB from Toronto Island CYTZ on June 27th.

A little history on this one for the airline enthusists. I'm pretty sure it's the first time for an airline to do daily service between the two cities.

The other services offered by Porter with the exception of the weekly ski stuff in Quebec were served in the past by Air Ontario (GX).
YTZ -YOW, YUL and EWR routes all had a regular service.
In it's busy days, YXU and YQG also had daily service from YTZ.

Should be interesting to see how it works out. YQB is a strong market.
United just added daily service from Chicago recently.

Too bad it starts after the airshow!
