 Post subject: CC-130 Visit

My dad was working near the airport again today and noticed a CC-130 sitting over on the cargo ramp around 1:30pm then saw it leave at about 2:00pm. He's not sure what time it came in though. That's the second time this month there has been a CC-130 in Windsor, hopefully this continues.
