Wow some very interesting pics you got there. Glad to see the Whale made if over from Europe (A380). What the hell is that twin fuselage thing?

The twinned hull beasty is White Knight II, designed/built by Scaled Composites for Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic. What's missing in the picture is the sub-orbital spaceship pod that goes in the centre that will take tourists up for a look at space -

The A380 did a very good demo on it's way in, showing off the low speed handling of the aircraft and a 15 degree nose up/down bunt.
