SAR CC-130 around July 4th

a friend of mine from Trenton gave me the heads up that he'll be on board a Herc that'll be running around the St. Thomas/London Area. Mike I hope ya catch it. I'm workin so I'm relying on you .

I will keep my eyes to the sky. they are usually here around the same time between 1000 - 1200 hrs. I will post when I get a visual. I will try to get some pictures. but a little hard when I am at work...LOL

Well you were bang on as I type this the Herc is in the St thomas airspace doing his thing. and again those crazy dudes are going to bale out the back with there bright orange parachutes. the current time is 1125. I love this happening in St T all the time. here are a couple a shots I took with the camera we have here a my work not the best but hey you get to see.

Awesome! I'm glad you saw it but unfortunatly the pics didn't show up. I will be talking to my buddy tonight and I'll see if he's got some overhead shots of the sorte.

Pictures are fine here too. Nice to see a bit of action around the area. Wonder if they'll stop up at London later. I'll have a look when I go home tonight.

Paul they come straight from Trenton to do some Training then head right home usually. they always head out over the lake on departure.

A few pics I took on Friday, July 4th while in my yard cutting the grass. Missed the first pass when he came over with his rear door open and the guy on the ramp waving his hand as he flew over my street..maybe 100 feet or so over my house on final. He was low enough to set off my 8 month olds noise maker in his room...cool.

Lee your best bet is post it on You Tube and then post the link. then it keeps it off the servers and does not take up space. we are a free hosted fourm for the time being.

Oh and the film in your fridge does not surprise me. I am just shoked the wife has not tossed it....LOL
