Good day..

I thought I would start a string for the next month and see what we can come up with until Nov 6th when the Westjet YVR service suspends until next summer. I for one have been wishing for a bank of flights like the 1600 hour to come into this airport for most of my life and it's pretty great see it come to fruition.

Thanks Mr Baker and Mr Seabrook for all of the new service!
Who knows maybe they would be able to use some of our stuff...

I hope some other interesting visitors make their apperance during the hour as well as our friend the sun. :D

Please post as many of your photos for the next month and lets show off what CYXU has to offer....not just the 1600 hour anything that is interesting.

Sept 29, 2009

Not very good pictures (my 30D needs a cleaing). Not very good weather. Still an nice new vistor with UA5778 (operated by Skywest) starting service today. As well as Kiss arriving in an Embraer 135.

Well another great day at YXU. Weather sucked again...would liked to have been there yesterday however...

United 5778 (Skywest) was a hybrid Delat scheme.
The skyhawks came in a Casa 212 as well as a CF-18.
Mesaba was a new Delta colored Saab.
Jazz CRJ on a ferry flight....

Not to shabby for 45 minutes...
