Here a some pictures from the Aviation Expo which was held for the first time at it's new home, the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. Though it wasn't much of an airshow there were some great flyby's from 2 CF-18's, a Mig-15 and some of the museum aircraft. There were also a ton of great ground displays, along with all of the displays in the museum. All in all it turned out to be a great day. It was also great to meet Paul (P-51) and Jeff (EYC) at the expo.       More pictures to come later..... |

Geez Ryan, were ya standing right beside or what, I thought I was looking at some of my pics  Nice stuff and look forward to seeing more. I'll get some of mine up later. Got a busy day ahead of me.Ciao Jeff

The former B-25 "Grumpy" has new nose art and is now called "Hot Gen".

It looks like the show was a great success to the Jet Aircraft Museum. We had a lot of interest at the show booth...lets hope it turns into some memberships. Good to meet Ryan, Bill (wmburns) and Vijay (vm3334), and see Jeff again. BTW Ryan, The B-25 was always called Hot Gen for years, but to be "politically correct", they changed it to Grumpy a few years ago. Great to see that they put it back the way she belongs. I took a few pics with my P&S camera, so here's a couple, for what it's worth.

Great pictures guys! Thanks for the info Paul, I didn't know that was what the B-25 has always been called. I've only seen it with the "Gumpy" nose art so I figured that's what its name has always been. Here are a few more shots of the Mig-15.
